Do you have a hotel room block?

Yes! We’ve secured a block of rooms at the Los Abrigados Resort. To take advantage of the Jones Wedding group discount you must book your room(s) before May 1, 2020. Click here for further information.

Where is the ceremony/reception taking place?

The ceremony and reception will both be at the Patio de las Campañas in Tlaquepaque Village. Click here for further information.

What time should we be there?

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 p.m on September 24th. We kindly ask guests to arrive 10 minutes prior. 

When are the RSVPs due?

We’d love to know if you can make it (we hope you can!). Please RSVP by August 15, 2020 using the RSVP card that came in the mail or via our RSVP section here. Formal wedding invitations and RSVP cards will be mailed March 15, 2020.

Is there a dress code?

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse to wear your favorite cocktail attire!

What is the weather like in Sedona, AZ?

Temperatures in Sedona are projected to fall between 68°F to 78°F. Temperatures tend to dip a bit at night, and since the ceremony/reception will be outside you might want to bring a jacket or wrap.

Will parking be available?

Yes! There is a large parking lot with free parking.

Can I bring my children?

We love ALL of your children, however we will not be able to accommodate any additional children who have not been RSVP’d. Should anyone have any questions please feel free to e-mail, call, or text Channing!

Can I bring a date?

Oh la la. In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your Save the Date and wedding invitation. Please feel free to e-mail, call, or text Channing with any questions!

Will transportation be provided to the ceremony and/or reception?

The Los Abrigados Resort is a 4 minute walk away from the ceremony/reception location. If you will be staying at the Junipine Resort and need transportation assistance, please contact us and we will arrange transportation for you.

Will there be food and drinks served?

Yes, definitely!

What if I have a dietary restriction?

Please contact us as soon as possible to let us know! We want you to be safe and comfortable!

Are there other wedding events I’m invited to?

Due to COVID-19, we are unable to fully plan pre and post wedding events. We are hoping to have a casual welcome party on September 23rd, 2020. We are also planning a newly-wed brunch and Sedona Hike or Tour on September 24, 2020 - You are free to join us if you are available!
